Starring his FC Funnel Vortex who just LOVES storms and Eggman! Funnel is a meteorologist (I didn't even knew what that meant before I looked it up XD)
Lame background
But I wanted it finished quick! 
Didn't took more than perhaps 2 hours. One of my fastest pieces ever ( I had to! I had a deadline set up with him and my whole week was occupied with my job and not much time.)
And I like Funnel's hair C: He's a bit closer to the tornado so I guess his hair/quills are more in a frenzy and Eggman'shair mustache? Dumb Logic?
